10 Minute Flat Abs & Muffin Top Workout

After bikini shopping, I made a pact with myself that I would definitely stick to my work out plan and exercise every day 5-6 days a week. This is my second week of following this plan to work out for about an hour a day (usually yoga), but maybe you don't have time for that. If you can fit a few 10 minute work outs into your schedule you can work your way up to a full hour. Here's the ab workout I did today. It isn't yoga, and it starts out with a funny clip of a stuffed animal, but then it becomes a light abs work out (there's a higher intensity workout link at the end).
