I am a self-proclaimed sci-fi nerd. In fact, my friends at work have a joke that I have to put a quarter or a dollar in the "Selena Jar" whenever I say something about science or science fiction! So I just might be more excited about this than you are, ha!

Anyway, I know this movie has been out for a while but Star Trek is one of my favorites so I wanted to share it with you. I love this movie!

Disclaimer: the DVD in the "Holiday Give-away!" picture at the top is not the one you will receive. The DVD you will get is a Special Edition version that comes in a really cool sleeve (as shown on my chair). I actually purchased one for myself. The un-boxing photos are my own DVD. Yours will come with the plastic wrap still on, untouched and nerd-out ready!

Yayyy, I believe I followed all your requirements and have entered your give-away! :) I love sci-fi too!! I've never seen a Star Wars episode yet so I'm really lacking in this area. I love Star Wars and Battlestar Galactica though.

DeleteI am also a HUGE Stargate fan... like ridiculously obsessed with it. I used to watch it 24/7 when I was in college. I think I have several SG1 episodes memorized. lol I loved SG Universe too.. I was really sad to see they cancelled SGU but I thought they ended it well. A lot of people debated it because they took a lot of artistic freedom and changed the way it was filmed. I thought it got better, but I think Syfy was ready to let the franchise go. Ahhh,.. that's like $25 in the "Selena Nerd Jar!" Haaa!
